Support Specialist - Based in UK (Ref: SS2008)

Infolytica Ltd is seeking to recruit Support Specialists to reinforce the expansion of its European business during an exciting period of rapid development in both goods and services. Principal responsibilities will include pre-sales support and demonstration, associated with low-frequency electromagnetic, electric field, coupled thermal, design optimisation, and electrical machines design software. Successful candidates will be expected to assist with other support tasks from time to time as the need arises including on and off-site software training for both prospective and existing clients. Some travel will therefore be required.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess a good engineering degree, and have some experience with finite element engineering software. A background in electrical machines and drives may also be an advantage. He or she should be comfortable with handling existing and prospective clients, possess an excellent telephone manner, and be highly computer-literate. Self-motivation and the ability to work well within a small, dynamic team are essential qualities for the post.

Sales Engineer - Based in UK (Ref: SE2008)

Infolytica Ltd is seeking to recruit a Sales Engineer to reinforce the expansion of its European business during an exciting period of rapid development in both goods and services.

The successful candidate will join a European sales team, with specific responsibility to lead the sales effort in UK and parts of Europe, and to liaise closely with Agents working on behalf of Infolytica Ltd. He or she will work closely with the technical support engineers, who will provide the application and software expertise. There will be some travel required, including attending exhibitions and visiting clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess a background in software sales – additionally a background in engineering may be an advantage. He or she should be comfortable with handling existing and prospective clients, possess an excellent telephone manner, and be computer-literate. Self-motivation and the ability to work well within a small, dynamic team are essential qualities for the post.
